Our facilities have been designed with young people in mind. Whether that be from key stage 2 to key stage 3 or 4. We can deliver GCSE, BTEC or A level courses which can fit in around your current school timetable. Maximum group size is 12.  Larger groups can be accomodated for but cost is in multiples of 12. So for 13 - 24 children in group would be double the cost and so on.

The sessions can be experiential taster sessions or a block of sessions which follow a syllabus.  We can also deliver the National Indoor Climbing Achievement Scheme (NICAS) alongside a programme of work so pupils can take further accreditations away with them at the end of the course.

Package Includes

Entrance to facilities, full instruction, transport, equipment, risk assessment and insurance.  Each session will last 2 1/2 - 3 hours and will be structured to meet your needs.

Kit Needed

Indoor rock climbing is a very accessible activity so there is little need for specialist clothing.  Normal PE kit is suitable, tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt and trainers are all that is needed.

Health & Safety

All staff who deliver are South Tyneside Local Authority employees who have appropriate safeguarding training, a current enhanced CRB check, a full first aid certificate and the appropriate qualifications to deliver the activity.

All equipment meets standards required by industry as do the buildings which activities take place from.
We take the health and well being of our groups as a priority and take all reasonable steps to make sure this happens.
